Responsibilities
As an Application Engineer, you will be providing winning technical sales presentations, customer support, mentoring services, and on-line content creation. This customer-facing position requires exceptional communications skills and a proficiency in identifying product solutions that answer our customer’s challenges. The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include product presentations, instruction, customer service, mentoring services, and creative content creation.

In Office:

  • Troubleshooting on the Technical Support Desk
  • Delivering in-class Certified SOLIDWORKS Training Courses
  • Create web-based content (videos/tutorials) showing software features, capabilities, and trends.
  • Support Sales Team with product knowledge & demonstrations.

On-Site:

  • Installations / Upgradation
  • Developing Best Practices
  • Troubleshooting and provide resolution to customer issues regarding product design, Installation, and add-on/complementary products.
  • New Technology Presentations to prospects and customers in front of a live audience and/or via web meetings.

  • Work with existing SolidWorks customer base to generate opportunities for our simulation software solutions. Approach new prospects in the market and open opportunities for selling Simulation solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business for our SolidWorks Simulation solutions.
  • Work closely with presales team and marketing to continue a coordinated effort and reach out to our customers and  prospects.

We are looking for smart inside sales professionals in Mumbai to contribute to the Demand Generation activities and to engage with tele-prospecting and generate qualified leads and appointments for our field sales team.

  •      2 years of IT Solutions / Product sales experience (preferably software or Industrial product sales)
  •      Preferable to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Diploma candidate with marketing experience.
  •      Active on Social Media like LinkedIn, Face Book, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.

  Job Description:

  •        Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  •        Understand customer needs and requirements.
  •        Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  •        Research accounts, identify new business opportunities, key players and generate interest.
  •        Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  •        Maintain lead database and nurture the leads.
  •        Help Field sales executives to do account follow-ups, prepare quotation etc.
