Responsibilities
As an Application Engineer, you will be providing winning technical sales presentations, customer support, mentoring services, and on-line content creation. This customer-facing position requires exceptional communications skills and a proficiency in identifying product solutions that answer our customer’s challenges. The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include product presentations, instruction, customer service, mentoring services, and creative content creation.

In Office:

  • Troubleshooting on the Technical Support Desk
  • Delivering in-class Certified SOLIDWORKS Training Courses
  • Create web-based content (videos/tutorials) showing software features, capabilities, and trends.
  • Support Sales Team with product knowledge & demonstrations.

On-Site:

  • Installations / Upgradation
  • Developing Best Practices
  • Troubleshooting and provide resolution to customer issues regarding product design, Installation, and add-on/complementary products.
  • New Technology Presentations to prospects and customers in front of a live audience and/or via web meetings.

  • Mechanical Engineer with 4-5 years of expertise in Business Development and Field Sales within the Mumbai region. And resides between Borivali to Virar Location.
    • Experience of working in the engineering / manufacturing industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
    • A proven track record of solution sales success.
    • Experience within the CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM industry is an added advantage.
    • Salary Range: 40K-60K

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation.
    • To build excellent prospects and convert them into customers.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business.

Job description:

  1. Build solid prospective leads in line with the sales goals of the organization
  2. Identification of prospective customer needs and goals and suggesting an effective course of action regarding the same
  3. Following-up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions
  4. Coordinate with other departments like marketing and product development.
  5. Marketing visits to identify trends and gather market intelligence
  6. Meetings/ presentation with clients
  7. Prepare sales reports at Addonix;
  8. Keep in touch with OEM for joint calls, presentations and submitting reports etc.
  9. Assist in after-sales follow up
  10. Implementing sales objectives and strategies.
  11. Prepare sales quotation and related document(s)
  12. Assist in marketing & promotional activities.

Any Degree shall be okay but preferred - Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Science or Environmental Engineering from a recognized university or any degree would be okay. Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales. Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus.
